Located in the east of Huawei Bridge in the southeast 3rd ring of Beijing, the Capital Library of China is a large public library owned by the city of Beijing. The library is open all year round and provides cultural and information services such as the lending and reading of literature, information consultation, lectures and forums, exhibitions and exchanges, cultural leisure activities and so on in an all-dimensional and multi-layered manner. It is also an important knowledge and information hub as well as the spiritual civilization base for the city of Beijing.
